Working student (f/m/d) – IT support

As part of your role, you will support our on-site team in recording and processing faults and orders. We offer you a varied environment in which we support our employees in person with all technical difficulties relating to the workplace. There are always new challenges and requests to deal with, which allow us to continue learning and passing on knowledge.
- You will assist with the installation, configuration, expansion, updates, and testing of PCs and laptops.
- You will be responsible for the distribution and lifecycle of various hardware.
- You will plan smaller projects (hardware, logistics, software).
- You will create documentation and process diagrams for the various areas of responsibility.
