The Rainbow-Day Hamburg will take place on 09.07.2024 from 12:00 - 18:00.

The exhibitors of the individual events and their company profiles will be published on the website in good time before the Rainbow Days. Who is looking for which specialist area?

The Rainbow Days have a very important focus in terms of content, because they are about people and the particular characteristics of their own personality. At the same time, companies are often looking for new employees within their sectors, e.g. a law firm for legal and tax advice or a software company for programming.

The larger the companies are, the broader their applications are and therefore also the opportunities to seize my chances within my own form of training.

We therefore recommend that everyone take a look at the company profiles in advance of the events and thus prepare for an exchange.

Exchange meets knowledge meets networking

Moderation: Queer Networking

Rainbow-colored logos during Pride Month or colorful marketing campaigns by companies are increasingly suspected of being "rainbow-washing". We talk to independent experts and company representatives about how I, as a queer person looking for a job, can tell whether a potential employer is really queer-friendly.

The guests:

- Kirstin Hahne, Diversity Manager bonprix
- Kornelia Liebert, Wirtschaftsweiber Hamburg
- Sebastian Krug, Founder & CEO Rainbow Day
- Juli Avemark (she/none), "READ" anti-discrimination advice center

The Rainbow Union North Network is a platform that brings together queer and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) ambassadors from various companies and organizations in northern Germany. Our goal is to strengthen the community and the exchange between these committed individuals and to promote cooperation across company boundaries. Together, we want to create a basis for future collaboration through topic-based discussions and inspiring insights - because we believe that we are stronger together!

Following Rainbow-Day Hamburg, the next network meeting of the Rainbow Union North Network will take place on site. Pre-registration is possible free of charge for company representatives here: Free Rainbow-Day ticket - Rainbow-Day
