Junior / Mid-Level Associates (m/f/d) I Corporate / Stock and Capital Markets Law I Frankfurt

For our Frankfurt office, we are seeking Associates (m/f/d) - both with and without prior experience - for our Corporate/M&A practice, with a particular focus on stock corporation and capital markets law, who are exceptionally well-trained, innovative, tech-savvy, and curious.

Your tasks:

You advise national and international clients on, among other things, the following topics:

Corporate Governance of Publicly Traded Companies
Corporate law issues
Preparation and support of general meetings
Capital markets transaction advice
National and international M&A transactions

Your profile:

Excellent legal qualifications, state-certified lawyer (m/f/d)
Promotion or LL.M. is desirable
Interest in international projects and complex issues
