The Rainbow Career Days are career and networking fairs that stand for diversity. The event is particularly interesting for the queer community.
An exchange is always worthwhile. In a dialogue on an equal footing, all visitors can discover which companies are the „perfect match“ for their own interests and ideals. Where will I feel valued for my personality and my resumé?
What's exciting about a trade show day is also the multitude of companies I can meet, which leaves a multitude of impressions. Where else can I so directly incorporate a „comparative feeling“ into my decision-making process for a (new) activity into my evaluation?
All services on-site are free for visitors, including admission, of course. You can come spontaneously, but for your planning and ours, we recommend registering in advance for all trade fairs except Frankfurt (which is at the university campus). This is easily done via this link. Otherwise: come as you are.
Companies that see themselves as cosmopolitan employers, who don't just see diversity as a buzzword. We don't want pinkwashing, we want real conversations about important issues with the Rainbow Days. The employees on site mostly come from the specialist departments and HR. The colorful mix of people at the Rainbow Career Days creates a conversation atmosphere that is a pleasure.

The exhibitors and their company profiles for the individual events will be published in good time before the Rainbow Career Days on the website. Who is looking for which subject area?
The Rainbow Days have a very important thematic focus, as they are about people and the individual characteristics of one's personality. Often, companies are simultaneously looking for new employees within their industries, meaning a law firm, for example, more in legal and tax advisory, or a software company for programming.
The larger the companies are, the broader their needs are, and therefore the greater the opportunities to seize my own chances within my field of training.
We therefore recommend that everyone view the company profiles in advance of the events and thus prepare for an exchange.
The Rainbow Career Days have taken place in Munich, Vienna, Cologne, Frankfurt am Main, Hamburg, Magdeburg, and Luxembourg, always directly on the university campus or in a central, great event location.
The Rainbow Day team has been bringing people together for career counseling through diverse career services for many years – and that is our motivation today as well.
