Company profiles of companies that value diversity

At the Rainbow Career Days, employer profiles of those companies present on-site on the day of the fair will also be available to all interested individuals. Likewise, all companies that post jobs on our job portal will have a company profile. Why is this important?

Company profiles not only allow you to view the most important information about employers„ location, size, and focus areas, but also, and most importantly, how a company stands on values such as diversity, inclusion, and equal treatment. This way, you can also see who is an “LGBTQ+ friendly company." This can be a decisive advantage when considering whether it's worth applying there.
