At the Hyatt Regency Cologne, we embrace diversity every day. Colleagues from around 50 nations work together harmoniously and shape a culture in which respect, openness, and mutual support are a matter of course. At our regular employee events, we regularly address diversity issues, for example with activities for World AIDS Day and other awareness-raising formats. We also take a stand outside our hotel: through our participation in CSD, as host of the Rhein-Ruhr Stammtisch, at Proudr* events, and at the "Sticks & Stones" career fair. In this way, we make visible what we stand for—a diverse, inclusive, and appreciative community.
