At the Hyatt Regency Cologne, we live diversity every day. Colleagues from around 50 nations work together harmoniously, shaping a culture where respect, openness, and mutual support are a given. At our regular employee events, we repeatedly address diversity topics, such as with activities for World AIDS Day and other awareness formats. We also take a stand outside our hotel: through our participation in CSD (Christopher Street Day), by hosting the Rhine-Ruhr Stammtisch, at Proudr* events, and at the career fair „Sticks & Stones.“ This is how we make visible what we stand for – a diverse, inclusive, and appreciative togetherness.
