Queer Life on Campus & Beyond: What Does „Queer-Friendly“ Mean to Me?
(fully anonymized)
Why
Rainbow-Day GmbH supports diversity in Germany and neighboring European countries with its services. Our goal: we want to contribute to making life fairer, more inclusive, and more open-minded for all people.
What
To give as many people as possible a voice, Rainbow-Day GmbH has decided to implement a comprehensive survey within the queer community, with a special focus on the lives and experiences of students on campus and their wishes for tomorrow's (queer-friendly) employers.
How
The evaluation of the survey (which itself only takes three minutes) will help to support universities in empowering the community and further sensitize companies to the topics that are important for job entry today, so that workplaces can be designed to be fairer, more inclusive, and free of discrimination for everyone.
The survey will be evaluated in different sections (interim) and the results will be made available separately.
