Coca-Cola HBC Austria GmbH

About Us/ What We Stand For As a Diverse Company
Coca-Cola HBC Austria greatly benefits from the skills, experience, and commitment of the diverse people who work for and with us. That's why we are committed to creating an environment where all our employees feel valued and respected, and we proactively promote diversity, fairness, and inclusion, including in the area of LGBTIQ+ as a long-standing partner of Pride Biz Austria. Only in this way can we optimally recognize the needs of our customers, who are just as diverse and individual as our team, and consistently offer them innovative solutions. Our employees are the secret ingredient in our company's success recipe.
Rainbow Career Services are important to us because…
Rainbow Day in Vienna is of great importance to Coca-Cola HBC Austria, as it celebrates the values of diversity, fairness, and inclusion, which are firmly anchored in our corporate culture. This day offers an excellent opportunity to make our company's commitment to the LGBTIQ+ community visible and to send a signal for acceptance and equality. By supporting and participating in Rainbow Day, we want to emphasize that Coca-Cola HBC Austria promotes an open and diverse working environment and that we take our social responsibility seriously. We stand for an open, colorful, and tolerant society.
We are already implementing the following diversity measures in our company:
“Our internal network, called ”Come As You Are,“ is dedicated to integrating lived diversity, fairness, and inclusion at all levels of our company. Led by our General Manager and two co-chairs from the Senior Leadership Team, it comprises members from various business units. Through their voluntary commitment, they contribute a broad spectrum of knowledge and networks.
Our diversity, fairness, and inclusion initiatives are based on specific company goals and are evaluated through internal and external feedback as well as certifications (e.g., Charter of Diversity, TÜV Austria Cert-Diversity Management, Equalita, Top Female Workplace). We collaborate with networks such as Pride Biz Austria, myAbility, NEBA, and Diversity Think Tank Austria.
To support an inclusive work environment, we regularly offer workshops and learning opportunities. Topics like ”Unconscious Bias„ help us recognize stereotypes and promote equal opportunities. Further initiatives include:
* “LGBTIQ+ in the Workplace" Impulse Workshop
* Pride Run Promotion & Participation
* Exchange with LGBTIQ+-friendly Coca-Cola HBC customers
* Inclusive language guide
* Disability Awareness Trainings
* Employee Resource Groups: (Women's network "Women's Inspirational Network" and ReMentorMe – Reverse Mentoring)
* International Women's Day and International Men's Day activities (e.g., panel discussions)
* Age Diversity: Awareness campaigns, intergenerational knowledge exchange; Microaggressions Workshop – Conscious Language (Small Words, Big Impact)
* Diversity Talks to promote active exchange among employees
* And much more
