Lived diversity creates equal opportunities in everyday professional life. Because we know: diversity is not the problem, but the solution!

We have participated in the nationwide Diversity Challenge twice since 2020. The annual Diversity Day is a nationwide day of action for the Charter of Diversity, in which we, along with over 1000 other organizations, participate to visibly advocate for more diversity in the workplace. Since 2020, in cooperation with the Anne Frank Educational Center in Frankfurt am Main, we have held annual seminars on the topics of discrimination in the workplace – effective protection for those affected, dealing with hostile remarks within the team, and managing religious diversity for all colleagues. In parallel, since the beginning of the cooperation, a visit to the learning laboratory at the educational center in Frankfurt am Main has been mandatory for all trainees and dual students. In February 2025, a further cooperation with the Adam von Trott Foundation, Imshausen e.V., was established with the same goal. As a modern and cosmopolitan employer, the state of Hesse supports its own queer employees in networking. In 2024, we participated in Christopher Street Day in Frankfurt am Main for the first time.
