HCC – Hessian Competence Center

We, the Hessian Competence Center for New Public Management (HCC), with our 565 employees, are the central service provider for SAP, accounting, and procurement for the Hessian state administration. Our HCC is diverse and colorful. Here, career starters, career changers, and experienced colleagues work hand in hand. Our work environment at HCC is diverse. As a central service provider for the Hessian state administration, our tasks are incredibly varied – just like your opportunities. Our three main areas of expertise encompass services related to SAP, finance and accounting, and procurement. Competent support is always welcome in all these areas. Depending on your professional experience, you could pursue a dual study program with us, start as a trainee (m/f/d), an expert (m/f/d), or a senior expert (m/f/d). If you have a university degree and some prior SAP/IT experience, our trainee program might be exactly what you're looking for. Your specific area of focus will be determined individually based on your strengths and interests. Over 24 months, you will receive comprehensive training through on-the-job learning and courses. Additionally, you will actively participate in innovative SAP projects and take on your own areas of responsibility. Within these two years, you'll have the opportunity to develop into an expert role. If you already have several years of SAP/IT experience, our expert (m/f/d) and senior expert (m/f/d) positions will be of interest to you. With your expertise and specialized knowledge, you will take on challenging tasks and responsibilities for complex issues. Furthermore, you'll have the opportunity to further expand your know-how and significantly shape the further development of our systems.
