Excerpt from our measures: 1. training courses and workshops: Learning path #Diversity - Learning unconscious bias, cultural sensitivity/inclusion skills 2. mentoring programs: Mentoring and coaching programs with the aim of further developing employees 3. diversity-based employee networks: Supporting the establishment of employee networks for different groups; our networks - AG Vielfalt, DasNetZ (women's network), Queer Community & friends, KaleidoZcope (ethical, cultural and religious network) 4. flexible working environment: Offering flexible working hours and locations to meet the different needs of employees 5. diversity metrics and reporting: regular monitoring and reporting on diversity in the workforce and in management positions to assess the progress of the measures. 6. events: Keynotes around the German Diversity Day, participation of the networks in the events for new employees and in the format for new managers, English lunches, regulars' tables of the networks, diversity breakfast on Mother Tongue Day and much more with the aim of making the cultural diversity of employees visible.
