We demonstrate that this is not just "on paper" by actively engaging with others and continuing to develop our DEI work.

At HERO, we are already implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in a very concrete way—not as buzzwords, but as a promise we live by: Everyone has a place with us and is seen and valued for their whole personality. That's why we have Sarah as our internal contact person for precisely these areas. In addition, we actively promote initiatives related to equality, diversity, and responsible action through our ESG Circle. We also visibly demonstrate our stance to the outside world – among other things, by participating in several CSD tours in different cities (together with the colorful craft industry) and with formats such as the Women of SaaS Event 2025, which strengthens female empowerment and exchange. The basis for this is our culture: respect and consideration – regardless of origin, gender, age, or religion.
