About us/ What we stand for as a diverse company
Gleiss Lutz attaches great importance to ensuring that all employees - regardless of nationality, origin, age, gender, sexual orientation or identity - feel comfortable and enjoy working for us. We are convinced that only in a climate of appreciation, acceptance and mutual trust, in which openness, diversity and inclusion are practiced on a daily basis, can all employees develop their full potential and we can achieve our goals together as a law firm.
Gleiss Lutz stands for a non-discriminatory working environment. The Rainbow Career Services are important to us because...
we are passionate about diversity and inclusion. Rainbow Day is not just a trade fair for us, it enables us to put our values into practice.
We also see the fair as an opportunity to make contacts, exchange knowledge and increase the visibility of people who feel part of the LGBTQ+ community in society. By actively participating in this event, we not only want to show our support, but also contribute to creating an environment in which diversity is valued and promoted.
Rainbow Day is an important step for us towards a more open and equitable society, and we look forward to working with other companies on this important mission.
We are already implementing the following diversity measures in our company:
- Woman in Business - Initiative: Internal network of female lawyers that offers internal and external lecture and networking events. It consists of three pillars and is aimed at young female lawyers, our own female lawyers and business lawyers as well as clients. All events are tailored to the needs of the target groups.
- Employee network "UNIQUE" an initiative by and for the LGBTQ+ community within Gleiss Lutz. The group meets
- Various events and internal campaigns on the topic of diversity for all employees and specifically as part of the onboarding of lawyers.
- Participation in recruitment fairs aimed at giving visibility to potential employees from the LGBTQ+ community
- Signing the Diversity Charter
