- Woman in Business - Initiative: Internal network of female lawyers that offers internal and external lecture and networking events. It consists of three pillars and is aimed at young female lawyers, our own female lawyers and business lawyers as well as clients. All events are tailored to the needs of the target groups. - Employee network "UNIQUE" an initiative by and for the LGBTQ+ community within Gleiss Lutz. The group meets - Various events and internal campaigns on the topic of diversity for all employees and specifically as part of the onboarding of lawyers. - Participation in recruitment fairs aimed at giving visibility to potential employees from the LGBTQ+ community - Signing the Diversity Charter
