Experiment stands for intercultural exchange, diversity, and mutual understanding. Our programs promote personal encounters to build bridges between cultures, lifestyles, and generations. We are convinced that openness, respect, and shared experiences create the foundation for a more peaceful and just world.

…reflects our core values of openness, respect, and diversity. As an exchange organization, we create spaces where people from different backgrounds can learn from each other and grow together. Through our participation, we are sending a message and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community to promote a just and safe society for all.

"Exqueeriment" is a standalone group within our association that works closely with association development and advocates for LGBTIAQ+ issues, visibility, and sensitivity at Experiment. It also actively supports participants by advising on safe host countries, highlighting cultural specificities in dealing with sexual and gender diversity, and providing guidance for a safe and authentic presence in the host country. We regularly offer scholarships to enable as many people as possible to participate in our programs. We are signatories of the Charter of Diversity. We use gender-neutral language.
