For over 100 years, we've been committed to something very important: helping. We are best known for our work in roadside assistance and air rescue, as well as for providing care and transport for the sick and injured abroad. But our employees in insurance, legal advice, tourism, or internal digital transformation also help every day.

...every person is different. When it comes to getting involved with the ADAC, it doesn’t matter where a person comes from, their gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation, whether they have a disability, or what religious beliefs members, volunteers, and staff adhere to. It goes without saying, then, that we’ll also be participating in Rainbow Day with the support of our #Gelbundqueer network.

A holistic approach to diversity management is intended to achieve continuous improvement across all dimensions of diversity. In addition, the ADAC’s chief human resources officers have signed the “#positivarbeiten” declaration issued by Deutsche AIDS-Hilfe. With this, the ADAC commits to actively promoting a discrimination-free approach toward HIV-positive people in the workplace.
