For over 100 years, we have made it our mission to do something very important: we help. We are best known for our roadside assistance and air rescue missions, as well as for the care and transportation of sick and injured people abroad. But our employees in insurance, legal advice, tourism and internal digital transformation also help every day.

...every person is different. For a commitment to the ADAC, it does not matter where a person comes from, what gender, gender identity or sexual orientation someone has, whether they have a disability or what faith members, volunteers and employees profess. So it goes without saying that we are also taking part in Rainbow Day with the support of our #Gelbundqueer network.

The aim is to achieve continuous improvement in all diversity dimensions through holistic diversity management. In addition, the ADAC's HR directors have signed the #positivarbeiten declaration of Deutsche AIDS-Hilfe. In doing so, ADAC has committed itself to actively promoting non-discriminatory treatment of HIV-positive people in the workplace.
