Commerzbank is the leading bank for German small and medium-sized enterprises and a strong partner to around 24,000 corporate customer associations. We are already implementing the following diversity measures in our company:
Diversity is no longer just a personnel issue for us - it is part of our corporate and sustainability strategy & a shared responsibility. Our business units that are represented on Rainbow Day are actively committed to diversity within their business area. In addition, 1,500 employees are actively involved in various diversity topics in seven employee networks. Our Pride network ARCO has been active for over 20 years with around 450 members and is committed to queer issues and a vibrant and diverse corporate culture. The aim is to break down prejudices & reduce fear of contact. We achieve this through awareness formats, e.g. with events such as "Trans*, Inter*, non-binary - what exactly does that mean?" or regular coming-out seminars and coming-out support. Experience reports on diversity and inclusion topics on our intranet pages also raise awareness, create understanding and show good solutions - and much more.
