To support its core mission of providing Members of the European Parliament (MEPs) and citizens with the best possible services, Parliament is increasingly prioritizing project work and innovation. As a dynamic organization, we are continuously seeking new and improved ways of working. While most teams operate on a daily basis using one or two primary languages, Parliament champions multilingualism in its political activities, and staff members have opportunities to learn other EU languages. The European Parliament is multinational and multicultural. Our staff members hail from all EU member states, represent diverse groups of all kinds, and collaborate to build a Europe united in diversity.
