In 2019, we conducted blind recruiting for the first time and had very positive experiences. Job seekers were able to apply for our open positions without providing personal data such as name, age, nationality, or gender. We have since established blind recruiting as a permanent additional recruiting channel. To express this openness towards all people, we signed the Charter of Diversity in 2021. This initiative serves to promote appreciation for all individuals, regardless of gender, origin, age, skin color, sexual orientation, or religion.
