Our measures and goals regarding these sustainability aspects are firmly anchored in our ESG strategy and are part of our corporate values and culture.

We are already implementing the following diversity measures in our company: We are committed to promoting diversity and a discrimination-free culture at dwpbank. We are currently measuring our progress by implementing the following measures: - Introduction of company-wide training on unconscious bias - Gender Pay Gap Reporting - Strengthening transparency and consequence management for discrimination - Diversity Charter certification - Implementation of a women's advancement program - Further measures, such as a „Keep in Touch Program” for employees on parental leave and expanded financial support for childcare Further measures within the framework of the Diversity Charter are currently being developed.
