In 2019, our founders signed the Diversity Charter – an employer initiative aimed at promoting recognition, appreciation, and inclusion of diversity in the workplace in Germany. With pride and passion for the cause, visible and vibrant – under this motto, our SCOUT network gives a face to the LGBT*IQ community at Campana & Schott. SCOUT is available to all colleagues as a point of contact, organizes events for the LGBT*IQ community and Allies, and promotes acceptance and support, as well as knowledge exchange and awareness of LGBT*IQ-relevant topics. SCOUT is represented at several CS locations, and our CEO Dr. Christophe Campana actively supports the network as a sponsor. In 2022, we were awarded the golden PRIDE Champion Seal by the Uhlala Group for the first time. In 2024, we were able to repeat this success. This time, even in the category of companies with over 500 employees. This seal is based on an audit that covers the categories of organizational culture, human resources, communication & visibility, and legal framework & regulations. We are proud to demonstrate through this independent assessment that inclusion and diversity are truly lived at Campana & Schott.
