We know that diversity is an integral feature of our society and want to reflect this holistically in our corporate image. That is why we are happy to show potential future talents how important diversity and inclusion are to us at events such as Rainbow Day.
We are already implementing the following diversity measures in our company:
How we live diversity & inclusion in the workplace, in our culture and in our collaboration with third parties:
- our LGBTQIA+ network Halo as well as their allies, the Halo Champions, who organize various initiatives and events throughout the year and not just in June;
- our Enabled network;
- regular talks, discussions and events on the topic of sexual orientation and gender diversity, e.g. at our monthly Women's Network Breakfast or annual Ladies Lounge;
- Workshops on unconscious bias;
- Pro bono work for companies such as Queer Base;
- Use of pronouns in email signatures
