Diversity & Inclusion are at the heart of our strategic goals as a company. In addition to gender, ethnicity, disability, mental health & well-being, and social background, sexual orientation and gender identity are among the six focus dimensions of our D&I strategy. Creating an inclusive environment where diversity is valued and people can thrive is extremely important to all of us personally.

We know that diversity is an integral characteristic of our society, and we want to reflect this holistically in our company image. Therefore, we are pleased to show potential future talents at events like Rainbow Day how important diversity and inclusion are to us.

How we live Diversity & Inclusion in the workplace, our culture, and our collaboration with third parties: - our LGBTQIA+ network Halo and their Allies, the Halo Champions, who organize diverse initiatives and events throughout the year, not just in June; - our Enabled network; - regular talks, panel discussions, and events on the topic of sexual orientation and gender diversity, e.g., at our monthly Women's Network Breakfast or annual Ladies Lounge; - workshops on Unconscious Bias; - Pro Bono work for organizations such as Queer Base; - use of pronouns in email signatures
