Working Student (m/f/d) – E-Learning & Digital Learning

Our „Learning & Organizational Development“ department broadly addresses topics of (digital) learning, career and individual development, and the associated portfolio of events and projects. In this role, you will manage the organizational process of our employee and leadership development using our tools (e.g., Learning Management System, MS Office, MS SharePoint) and will have the opportunity to actively contribute to shaping our personnel development measures.
- You will support the administration of our Learning Management System (IMC Learning Suite) with course management, user inquiries, and quality assurance.
- You design and create digital learning offerings (e.g., e-learnings, microlearnings, learning videos) – from content structure to technical implementation.
- You contribute to empowering our users in dealing with the Learning Management System by organizing and conducting training for administrators.
- You will support the collection and evaluation of key figures in the learning environment, thereby contributing to the continuous optimization of our offerings.
- You participate in interdisciplinary projects based on your interests.

You are currently studying a degree program such as Business Education, Media Studies, or a related field, and you want to apply your enthusiasm for digital learning solutions and modern learning formats in practice. In addition, you bring: - Ideally, you have gained initial practical experience in e-learning/digital learning. - You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner and grasp new topics quickly. - You have a strong affinity for digital tools, especially AI-powered applications for content creation, and proactively experiment with new systems. - You think about learning content from the user's perspective and present it in an understandable and target-group-appropriate manner. - You have proficient MS Office skills and ideally experience with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline), or are willing to quickly familiarize yourself with them. - You impress with very good German and good English skills.
