Intern in the International Talent Programme – Operations & Change (w/m/d) at the Frankfurt location
This is what we stand for as a diverse company
At ING, we are colorful and diverse: different personalities with different perspectives – in an international culture where we value each other. We wear sneakers and heels, hoodies and suits. Because people don't fit into boxes.
At ING, the idea and the responsibility to implement it count.
We work in an open, respectful culture with short communication lines, a high degree of trust, and a clear commitment to collaboration and performance. Taking responsibility is just as much a part of our culture as the freedom to actively shape things and contribute new perspectives. Our employees learn on the job. This allows them to forge individual career paths within ING. Our global headquarters is in Holland, but we are rooted throughout Europe. And closely connected to all our German locations: Frankfurt, Berlin, Nuremberg, and Hanover. People from a wide variety of life paths, experiences, and lifestyles work together at ING – online through our hybrid work model and on-site.
Contact with the queer community is important to us because...
Our passion flows for diversity, initiative, teamwork, and innovative spirit. People with the most diverse paths in life, experiences, and lifestyles work together here. This makes us colorful and successful. We live this diversity!
We are already implementing the following diversity measures in our company:
Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging are at the core of everything we do and stand for. We believe that with this focus, we can not only attract and retain the best employees but also achieve our best together. By creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture where everyone can be themselves, each person can reach their full potential. Numerous networks at ING are committed to this, shaping our corporate culture through events, workshops, and sponsorships. Each network is supported by a sponsor from top management, providing time, budget, and active assistance.
Incidentally, we are a founding member of the organization Workplace Pride from the Netherlands. We have been listed in their annual benchmark since 2014 and even reached ambassador level in June 2024. We have developed inclusive policies at several locations and created space for the LGBTQI+ community.
