In recent years, we have done a great deal to increase diversity at Hengeler Mueller. We have built strong internal and external networks and organized various initiatives and events to promote an inclusive environment: • Dedicated employee networks committed to a more diverse working environment (e.g., on topics of Cultural Diversity, Social Mobility, Disability, Pride, or Gender) • "Chancen@Hengeler" scholarship program (financial support and mentorship for students who do not have the same starting conditions as others) • Recruiting workshop with a focus on "Diversity in Focus" • Firm-wide internal events on topics related to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities, introduction of a whistleblower hotline • Representation of diversity in our pro bono work • Regular exchange within our Best Friends networks
