Diversity has long ceased to be merely an HR issue for us – it is part of our corporate and sustainability strategy & a shared responsibility. Our business units, represented at Rainbow Day, are actively committed to diversity within their respective areas. In addition, 1,500 employees are actively involved in seven employee networks on various diversity topics. Our Pride network ARCO, with approx. 450 members, has been active for over 20 years and advocates for queer issues & a vibrant & diverse corporate culture. The goal is to break down prejudices & reduce inhibitions. We achieve this through awareness formats, e.g., with events like „Trans*, Inter*, Non-binary – what exactly does that mean?“ or regular coming-out seminars and coming-out support.
