In 2027, the many important services for the queer community will be expanded with a new format:
The Rainbow Career Day!
On January 29, 2027, the event will be held for the first time in the capital of Hesse, directly in the Kesselhaus of the Schlachthof cultural center
Companies introduce themselves here as regional employers and show why they understand diversity in the company as an essential part of their corporate culture and are very keen to engage in conversation with interested visitors from the queer community (and anyone for whom diversity is important).
Conversely, everyone who visits the Rainbow Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality aligns with the company. This is true regardless of industry or general specialization!
The event will also feature a supporting program that, beyond career discussions, encourages exchange, dialogue, getting to know one another, and networking.

The Queer Center Wiesbaden is one of the many great community organizations in the area. We will be introducing more soon.
The QZW is Wiesbaden's queer living room. It is a meeting point as well as a counseling, cultural, and educational center. And of course, one of the cooperation partners for the Rainbow Career Day.

Location and time
The Rainbow Career Day Wiesbaden will take place on January 29, 2027, at the Kesselhaus of the Schlachthof cultural center – in direct cooperation with the Kulturzentrum Schlachthof Wiesbaden e.V.

Welcome address, interviews, lecture, keynote, career counseling.
Our supporting program will be colorful and diverse. And always – like everything for visitors – free of charge!

- Submit your application and profile to the participating companies and receive invitations to visit their booths on the day of the fair (This service will be available starting about 6 weeks before the trade show.)
