EmpowerHer is our Sana women’s network, which brings together women and interested individuals from various departments, regions, and levels of the organization. It’s all about sharing ideas, networking, and mutual support. We firmly believe that the diversity of the LGBTQIA+ community enriches us. It fosters creativity, strengthens cohesion, and makes Sana a more inclusive place for everyone. To put this belief into practice even more strongly, we founded the LGBTIQ+ network #SanaProud in January 2024.
