The Charter of Rights is our guiding principle for our daily work. It goes without saying that we can only live in an environment where the people working here can treat each other without fear, with appreciation, and with respect. Our world is diverse, and that's a good thing, which is why we signed the Charta der Vielfalt (Charter of Diversity) a few years ago and have been participating in Cologne's CSD (Christopher Street Day) since 2019.

We seekers want to show that we stand up for human rights and want to live and enable this in good coexistence. We have a clear position. We don't want to put on a show for the outside world; the lived normality in our colorful world is important to us.

In our small social world of Rosenpark in Cologne, we stand up for each other: - we have a variety of employees from the community - currently represent approximately 38 different countries of origin - have a high percentage of people with disabilities - are networked in various committees - support each other in everyday life, with authorities, and in settling into Cologne - but above all, we try to accept each other as we are – mistakes in approach are human and happen, despite good intentions. It is important to us to learn from them.
