Jobcenter team.arbeit.hamburg, as Germany's largest job center, is represented throughout the entire city of Hamburg. Our employees work at a total of 18 locations, as well as our legal department, the Integration Services Center, and the joint employer service. Furthermore, we have joined the PATRONS OF WELCOMING OUT alliance and regularly show our support at events such as CSD Hamburg and the Run Against Right-Wing Extremism. Our Diversity Working Group is comprised of colleagues from various departments and continuously addresses topics such as equal opportunities, diversity awareness, and discrimination-free collaboration. The working group develops measures and initiatives to make diversity visible in everyday work and to strengthen a appreciative and open organizational culture.
