SOKA-BAU is the umbrella brand under which the Vacation and Wage Compensation Fund for the Construction Industry (ULAK) and the Supplementary Pension Fund for the Construction Industry AG (ZVK) are represented. These two institutions were founded by the social partners in the construction industry (German Construction Industry Federation, Construction, Agriculture, Environment Union, Central Association of the German Construction Industry). Creating fair working conditions in construction, securing vacation benefits and retirement provisions for 1.8 million people: Only SOKA-BAU can do it this well!
