As Germany's largest job center, team.arbeit.hamburg is represented throughout the entire city of Hamburg. Our employees work at a total of 18 locations as well as our legal office, the integration services center and the joint employer service. Jobcenter team.arbeit.hamburg signed the Diversity Charter back in 2014. With this voluntary commitment, we are committed to diversity, fairness, intercultural openness, trust and tolerance and are committed to an appreciative and unprejudiced working environment. We have also joined the PATRONS OF WELCOMING OUT alliance and regularly fly the flag at events such as the CSD Hamburg and the run against right-wing extremism. Our Diversity Working Group is made up of colleagues from different areas and deals with topics such as equal opportunities, diversity awareness and non-discriminatory cooperation on an ongoing basis. The working group develops measures and campaigns to make diversity visible during the working day and to strengthen an appreciative and open organizational culture.
