30% of LGBTIQ+ people still experience discrimination in working life. This has no place at REWE Group. REWE Group in Austria promotes the openness and naturalness of different sexual identities in working life. We want to set an example for acceptance and show that we are open to all talents.

We have a company-wide network for queer employees known as di.to. - different. together. It serves to exchange ideas, provide advice and raise awareness. We are also involved in the community through donations and sponsorship, for example for Vienna PRIDE, PRIDE Biz and AIDS-Hilfe.
