This partnership involves participation in events and activities in the recruitment sector. Internally, Ruby Hotels promotes an inclusive work environment through its "Come as you are" mentality and has embedded "Diversity" as a company value. Hosting LGBTIQ+ After Work Events: In collaboration with Proudr, Ruby Hotels regularly organizes "Proudr LGBTIQ+ After Work" events in various German cities. These networking events are held at hotels such as the Ruby Lilly Hotel & Bar in Munich, the Ruby Lotti Hotel & Bar in Hamburg, and the Ruby Ella Hotel & Bar in Cologne, among others.
