Partnership with Proudr: Ruby Hotels is cooperating with Proudr, a platform for LGBTIQ+ and straight allies. This collaboration includes participation in events as well as recruiting activities. Internally, Ruby Hotels promotes an inclusive working environment through the "Come as you are" mentality and has anchored "diversity" as a corporate value. Organization of LGBTIQ+ after-work events: In collaboration with Proudr, Ruby Hotels regularly hosts "Proudr LGBTIQ+ After Work" events in various cities in Germany. These networking events take place in hotels such as the Ruby Lilly Hotel & Bar in Munich, the Ruby Lotti Hotel & Bar in Hamburg and the Ruby Ella Hotel & Bar in Cologne. In addition, some Ruby Hotels are listed as gay-friendly in LGBTQ+ travel guides.
