We are a global biopharmaceutical company, founded in Belgium in 1928, where we still have our headquarters. Our work focuses on people living with severe diseases. We are already implementing the following diversity measures in our company: • We are a signatory to the Charta der Vielfalt (Diversity Charter) and are openly committed to a more inclusive world of work. • We support the commitment of many colleagues in our Inclusion Community, such as the Inclusion Council or various Employee Resource Groups (e.g., UCB+, which advocates for the rights of the LGBTQAI* community). • We organize action and information days and offer training on inclusion (e.g., Diversity Day, Unconscious Bias Training). • We have been showing our support for the LGBTQAI* community for many years at the ColognePride demonstration in Cologne.
