The many important services for the queer community in Cologne have been expanded in 2024 with a new format:
The Rainbow Career Day!
On April 21, 2027 The event runs from 10 AM to 4 PM and is in its fourth edition, again in direct cooperation with the CBS University of Applied Sciences, on the Cologne campus.
Modern and cosmopolitan companies are once again presenting themselves as employers and showing why they understand diversity in the company as an essential part of corporate culture and are very keen to engage in conversation with interested visitors from the queer community (and everyone for whom diversity is important).
Conversely, everyone who attends the Rainbow Career Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality aligns with that company. This is regardless of industry or general field of expertise!
The event will also feature a supporting program that, beyond career discussions, encourages exchange, dialogue, getting to know one another, and networking.

The Mayor of the city of Cologne, Derya Karadag, along with Prof. Dr. Anja Karlshaus, President of CBS International Business School, will officially open the Rainbow Career Day Cologne at 10:00 AM. We look forward to what will surely be inspiring words.
