Welcome to the Rainbow Career Day Frankfurt at Goethe University - the only queer career fair at a state university.
For everyone who lives and appreciates diversity!
We love diversity, and so do you. That’s why the Rainbow Career Day will once again be held at and in partnership with Goethe University in 2027, on May 4. Rainbow Career Day Frankfurt, held right on the Westend Campus, offers everyone interested a unique opportunity to engage in conversations with companies in a pleasant atmosphere, explore their own career opportunities, and learn how a modern company provides all employees with a contemporary, supportive work environment.
The information booths at the exhibition stands in the lecture hall center provide an ideal opportunity for networking that extends beyond the participating companies. This is because many other partners of Rainbow Career Day are represented there: academic institutions, student organizations, and the press—all of whom value diversity.
The supporting program with lectures and panels goes one step further in terms of content and is also interesting for all those who do not currently want to pursue a (new) career path.
The visitors' lounge offers space to linger and chat.
In addition to students at Goethe University, all students in the greater region, school pupils and people with professional experience are also invited to take part.

This year's Rainbow Career Day will be opened at 10:00 a.m. by State Secretary Katrin Hechler, Ministry of Labor, Integration, Youth, and Social Affairs.

Goethe University Frankfurt am Main
Goethe University's research profile is colorful and diverse - the university is also modern and practice-oriented. It strives to keep its finger on the pulse of the times and to constantly offer students new opportunities and services.

Rainbow Day Frankfurt will take place again on May 4, 2027, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Location: Campus Westend, Hörsaalzentrum for the stand talks, the supporting program and the visitors' lounge. Easily accessible, a space ideal for trade fair talks in a relaxed atmosphere.
