Rainbow Career Day Luxembourg 2026
Luxembourg: Cosmopolitan. Tolerant. Diverse.
Luxembourg City is a "freedom space for LGBTIQ+ people" and strives for a public policy that promotes and protects the rights of LGBTIQ+ people on the one hand and rejects structural discrimination mechanisms on the other.
Luxembourg Pride takes place in Esch-sur-Alzette every year as a symbol of acceptance and diversity.
We have added a unique career format to the colorful services in 2025: the Rainbow Career Day.
Many regional employers showed on site why they see diversity in the company as an essential part of the corporate culture and are very happy to talk to interested visitors from the queer community (and everyone for whom diversity is important).
Conversely, everyone who attended Rainbow Day learned how authentic employers are and whether their own personality is reflected in the company. Regardless of industry or general field!
After the great start, the event will return in 2026, on Friday, October 30
Venue and time
The Rainbow-Career-Day Luxembourg will take place again on 30.10.2026 (13-18h). The central Neimënster will once again be the event location. In the vicinity of the Rainbow Center, easily accessible, a space ideal for trade fair talks in a relaxed atmosphere.
