Rainbow Career Day Vienna 2027
„In recent years, Vienna has made a name for itself as a rainbow capital far beyond its city and state borders – a city where openness, acceptance, and solidarity are lived and actively promoted by the city government and administration. The Rainbow Parade and Pride Month are just a part of the city's diverse and colorful initiatives, emblematic of its cosmopolitanism.“

The many important services for the queer community in Vienna are being expanded by a colorful format:
The Rainbow Career Day! On June 11, 2027, from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Many modern companies (see here) Here, participating employers introduce themselves and explain why they understand diversity as an essential part of their company culture and are very happy to engage in conversation with interested visitors from the queer community (and anyone for whom diversity is important).
Conversely, everyone who attends the Rainbow Career Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality aligns with that company. This is regardless of industry or general field of expertise!
The Rainbow Career Day Vienna will be expanded with a supporting program that invites exchange, dialogue, getting to know each other, and networking, even outside of career talks.
Following the great successes of the first three years, the event will continue in 2027.
Dull, duller, Vienna!
