The many important services for the queer community will be expanded to include a new format in 2027:
The Rainbow Career Day!
On January 29, 2027, the event will take place for the first time in the capital of Hesse, right in the Kesselhaus at the Schlachthof Cultural Center
Companies present themselves here as regional employers and show why they see diversity in the company as an essential part of the corporate culture and are very happy to talk to interested visitors from the queer community (and all those for whom diversity is important).
Conversely, everyone who attends Rainbow Day learns how authentic a company is and whether their own personality is reflected in this company. Regardless of industry or general area of expertise!
The event will be complemented by a supporting program that also invites people to exchange ideas, engage in dialogue, get to know each other and network outside of career talks.

The Queere Zentrum Wiesbaden is one of the many great community organizations in Wiesbaden. We will be introducing more soon.
The QZW is Wiesbaden's queer living room. It is a meeting place as well as a counseling, cultural and educational center. And, of course, one of the co-partnerships for Rainbow Career Day.

Rainbow Career Day Wiesbaden will take place on January 29, 2027, at the Kesselhaus of the Schlachthof Cultural Center—in direct cooperation with the Schlachthof Cultural Center Wiesbaden e.V.

Our supporting program will be colourful and varied. And always - like everything else - free of charge for visitors!
