Consumer Lending Product & Pricing Manager – Retail Banking (m/f/d)

Consumer Lending Product & Pricing Manager – Retail Banking (m/f/d)

Do you have excellent knowledge of the German consumer credit market and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset? At the same time, do you value collaboration based on mutual respect, diverse development opportunities, and a healthy work-life balance? Perfect – that's exactly what awaits you here! Simply apply with your resume and shape the future of our lending business together with our „Easy Financing“ team.

Your tasks
- You'll take on the strategic product management of our credit products, focusing on volume and margin optimization.
- When managing our products, you are data-driven on the one hand, and on the other hand, you use creative ideas to further develop the product.
You bring projects to life and to a successful conclusion across departmental boundaries with clarity, speed, and conviction.
- Risks? You've got them on your radar. Trends? You assess them with precision and apply what makes our products better and processes more efficient. Naturally, you navigate confidently between entrepreneurial thinking and regulatory requirements.
With data-driven analyses and solid business cases, you set the direction, translate complex issues into comprehensible presentations, and thus ensure that decisions can be made quickly and soundly.
- Under the same premise, you make performance visible and better: your reports not only show the status quo but also provide concrete levers for increased customer loyalty and additional business.
In everything you do, you emphasize teamwork: you work independently with internal and external interfaces (e.g., Finance, Customer Interaction, Service, Risk) and reliably bring your colleagues on board with your guidelines, work instructions, and procedural guidelines.

This is what we stand for as a diverse company

At ING, we are colorful and diverse: different personalities with different perspectives – in an international culture where we value each other. We wear sneakers and heels, hoodies and suits. Because people don't fit into boxes.

Contact with the queer community is important to us because...

Our passion flows for diversity, initiative, teamwork, and innovative spirit. People with the most diverse paths in life, experiences, and lifestyles work together here. This makes us colorful and successful. We live this diversity!

We are already implementing the following diversity measures in our company:

Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging are at the core of everything we do and stand for. We believe that with this focus, we can not only attract and retain the best employees but also achieve our best together. By creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture where everyone can be themselves, each person can reach their full potential. Numerous networks at ING are committed to this, shaping our corporate culture through events, workshops, and sponsorships. Each network is supported by a sponsor from top management, providing time, budget, and active assistance. Incidentally, we are a founding member of the organization Workplace Pride from the Netherlands. We have been listed in their annual benchmark since 2014 and even reached ambassador level in June 2024. We have developed inclusive policies at several locations and created space for the LGBTQI+ community.
