Intern (w/m/d) Microsoft 365 Platform & Collaboration Services

Our Microsoft Messaging & Collaboration team ensures that the Microsoft 365 platform and other collaboration services run smoothly. We are the experts in managing the M365 environment and actively drive forward topics such as CL applications and innovative collaboration. If you are interested in joining a technically strong team and at the same time bringing new ideas, you are exactly right with us!

You can expect the following tasks in particular:
- You support the team with projects related to Microsoft 365 and collaboration.
- You actively contribute to the development and further development of our knowledge platforms, documentation, and learning offerings within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- You are responsible for the preparation of content for internal communication (e.g., news, learning paths, how-to guides).
- You work with various departments and support coordination and enablement measures.
- They are involved in the conception and implementation of AI applications based on the M365 technologies (e.g., automations, intelligent knowledge delivery).
- You support the team with administrative tasks in the Microsoft 365 environment.
