Working Student (m/f/d) – Infrastructure Purchasing

You are part of the Infrastructure Procurement department at United Internet and support your area in the implementation of procurement and supply chain projects in an agile work environment.

You independently create reports, evaluate actions and key figures, and provide support with your analytical expertise.
You like to roll up your sleeves and pitch in where your support is needed. For example, you support us with tenders and price inquiries for direct and indirect needs.
- You will support us in implementing various digitization projects in procurement. You will think critically about it! If something isn't running smoothly, you will address it and observe the topic from an analytical perspective.
- You are actively involved in projects and make your contribution.

You are studying for a degree in economics or a comparable field and can support us for at least 12 months. - You demonstrate a unique understanding of the needs of our internal customers while simultaneously impressing with your talent for analysis and figures. - You have a confident demeanor, are reliable, and work in a structured manner. You are open-minded and confidently approach team members and stakeholders, as well as suppliers. - You have an affinity for IT topics, numbers, and data, as well as the ability to prepare them for presentations. In addition, you can demonstrate knowledge of SAP or Coupa, otherwise you will learn how to use an ERP system with us. - You have good knowledge of all MS Office programs and strengthen the team, especially with your fabulous skills in Excel and PowerPoint. - You are proficient in German, both spoken and written, and have a strong grasp of the language. Good English skills are desirable, but not required.
