A varied range of tasks awaits you, where you will actively support the day-to-day business of our HR Corporate and HR Admin teams. In doing so, you will gain valuable practical experience and a comprehensive insight into the diverse processes and topics of administrative HR work.
You can expect the following tasks in particular:
- You independently manage the entire reference letter process for our employees.
- You are responsible for the creation and review of HR-related documents and paperwork, such as adjustments, confirmations, etc., as well as the preparation of reports.
- You help ensure an excellent candidate experience for applicants through proactive and competent applicant communication.
- You coordinate interviews in close cooperation with the respective departments.
- You are responsible for publishing, renewing, and maintaining job advertisements.

You are currently studying, ideally with a focus on (business) education, business administration, sociology, humanities, psychology, or a comparable degree program, and have a passion for HR topics. You are characterized by the following qualifications: - You are a natural organizer and enjoy interacting with various target groups. - You have an independent, structured way of working and are reliable. - You have good MS Office skills and the motivation to learn new tools and processes. - You have very good written and spoken command of the German language as well as a strong sense of language. - You are able to support us with 12 to 20 hours per week.
