… we don't want to give prejudice and biases a chance. We don't just put diversity on our flag (or website), but actively recruit within the LGBT+ community. Because we are convinced: We can only find innovative solutions for the future with diverse teams and varied perspectives!

We are already implementing the following diversity measures in our company:

DE&I @ EY consists of three pillars that particularly highlight various stakeholder groups – women, people with disabilities, and the LGBT+ community. Each of the three pillars is addressed on multiple levels, including events, collaborations, networks, and training. We are particularly passionate about promoting LGBT+ diversity in the workplace. Our UNITY network brings together the internal LGBT+ workforce and their supporters, the EY-LGBT+ Allies, and ensures greater visibility within the company. Regular events such as Queer Cinema Night, Diversity Breakfast, a charity mulled wine stand, and the Vienna Pride Parade create opportunities for networking within the community. The "Inclusiveness for All" training is mandatory for all employees and raises awareness for collaboration in diverse teams and addresses the use of inclusive language. Furthermore, we collaborate with Pride Biz, an Austrian organization for LGBT+ in business, and participate in cross-company exchange formats such as Pride Biz Circles.
