Applicant world

Welcome to the world of Rainbow applicants, by entering your profile data you have the following options:  

You can view "perfect match jobs" if your application and an offer from a company are an exact match. You then have a "perfect match".  
There is also a chance that a company will post a general company profile that matches your application. This would be displayed under "Matching companies".  
You can pre-apply with your profile to the companies that take part in the Rainbow Career Days or similar events organized by us.

The following applies to our career events: After entering your profile data, you first select the event for which you want to apply via the navigation. Then select the company/companies for which you want to apply. You can also select all of them and then deselect those to whom you do not want to forward your application.   

The companies will receive approval for this area approximately three weeks before the respective event and will see your basic data and your CV in their corporate world, but not your contact details (i.e. no telephone number and e-mail address).   

If the company invites you, you will receive an e-mail informing you and you can then reply to the invitation here in the applicant world after logging in (acceptance, maybe, rejection). If you accept or maybe select, the company will receive your e-mail address for contacting you after the event.  

We recommend that you do not include your telephone number and e-mail address in your CV.
