Do you have questions? We have the answers.
Who, how, what, where, why, wherefore and why.
The Rainbow Days are career and contact fairs that stand for diversity. A visit is particularly interesting for the queer community.
An exchange is always worthwhile. In a dialog at eye level, all visitors can find out which of the companies is the "perfect match" for their own interests and ideals. Where do I feel valued with my personality and my CV?
Another exciting thing about a trade fair day is that the large number of companies I can meet also leaves me with a large number of impressions. Where else can I incorporate a "comparative feeling" for my decision-making process for a (new) job into my evaluation so directly?
All services on site are free of charge for visitors, including admission, of course. It is possible to come spontaneously, but we recommend pre-registration for your and our planning, for all other fairs except Frankfurt (there at the Unicampus). This is very easy via this link. Otherwise: come as you are.
Companies that see themselves as open-minded employers, that don't just see diversity as a buzzword. We don't want pinkwashing, we want the Rainbow Days to be real discussions on important issues. The employees on site mostly come from the specialist departments and HR. The colorful mix of people at the Rainbow Days creates a fun atmosphere for discussion.
Everyone who lives and appreciates diversity is cordially invited to the Rainbow Days.
The exhibitors of the individual events and their company profiles will be published on the website in good time before the Rainbow Days. Who is looking for which specialist area?
The Rainbow Days have a very important focus in terms of content, because they are about people and the particular characteristics of their own personality. At the same time, companies are often looking for new employees within their sectors, e.g. a law firm for legal and tax advice or a software company for programming.
The larger the companies are, the broader their applications are and therefore also the opportunities to seize my chances within my own form of training.
We therefore recommend that everyone take a look at the company profiles in advance of the events and thus prepare for an exchange.
You can experience the Rainbow Days in 2024 in Munich, Vienna, Cologne, Frankfurt am Main, Tübingen and Hamburg, always directly on the university campus or in a great central event location.
The Rainbow Day team has been bringing people together for career discussions for many years through a variety of career services - and that is also our motivation today. We are also supported and inspired by our advisory board. Would you like to work with us? Send an unsolicited application to info@rainbow-day.de
At any time, and we are very grateful to you for that. Only if as many people from the queer community as possible become aware of Rainbow Days can many great conversations take place. We would therefore be delighted if the Rainbow Days were also heard via your private network. Is it even easier with information material from us?
