Queer life on campus & afterwards: what does "queer-friendly" mean for me?
(completely anonymous)
Why:
Rainbow-Day GmbH supports diversity in Germany and neighboring European countries with its services. Our goal: we want to help make life fairer, more inclusive and more open to the world for everyone.
What:
In order to give as many people as possible a voice, Rainbow-Day GmbH decided to conduct an extensive survey within the queer community, with a special focus on the life & experiences of students on campus and their wishes for the (queer-friendly) employers of tomorrow.
How:
The evaluation of the survey (which itself only takes three minutes) will help to support universities in their efforts to empower the community and to further sensitize companies to the issues that are important for job entry today, so that workplaces can be made fairer, more inclusive, and less discriminatory for everyone.
The survey will be (interim) evaluated in different sections and the results will be made available separately.
