We offer a wide range of initiatives that send a clear message of diversity and inclusion. We are actively involved in the Alice #Gesichtzeigen campaign and have integrated unconscious bias training into our ADVANCE talent development program. We have successfully conducted our seminar series “Diversity as a Success Factor: Opportunities and Challenges of Diversity” and have signed the Diversity Charter. This makes it clear that for ADVANT Beiten, diversity is not a short-term project, but a long-term component of our corporate culture. We have also included a clear anti-discrimination clause in our Code of Conduct. In doing so, we are sending a clear signal against any form of discrimination—whether based on gender, origin, religion, sexual orientation, age, or other personal characteristics.
