A dedicated Disability Liaison Officer supports and advises BRZ employees with disabilities on their concerns. We provide managers and recruiting experts with targeted training on unconscious biases, ensure gender-sensitive language is used throughout the company and actively cooperate with initiatives to promote diversity and equal opportunities - such as the MyAbility Forum and PrideBiz Austria.
