The firm has set global targets in the LGBTIQ+ area: partner quota of 3% by 2025. We have had a dedicated DEI Manager position for over six years, who heads our DEI Committee and, as a staff position under the German management, strategically drives the topic forward and links it to the firm's global campaigns. Our measures are implemented by our five employee networks in the areas of gender parity, queer, ethnicity/nationality/social background, disablity and parenthood, among others. We have been a PROUT EMPLOYER for many years, are a member of the Diversity Charter, the Corporate Forum and cooperate with TENT. An organization that strives to integrate people with refugee experience from the LGBT*IQ community into the German labour market through a mentoring program. In addition, we have been setting an example worldwide for over 18 years with our Arcus Pride Art exhibition featuring artworks by LGBT*IQ artists. Our award-winning reverse mentoring program enables our managers in the areas of gender, queer, disability and ethnicity/nationality/social background to change perspectives and create awareness for different realities of life.
